₹HELP24

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using the HELP24 website, application, software, dashboard or any related service, the User confirms that they have read, understood and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions, User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and applicable Platform Rules.

If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User should not register for or use the Platform.

2. About HELP24

HELP24 is a technology-enabled community platform based on the principle of "People Helping People."

The purpose of HELP24 is to provide digital technology and coordination infrastructure that enables participating individuals to connect, communicate and voluntarily support one another.

HELP24 does not promise or guarantee any fixed income, profit, financial return or financial freedom.

3. Purpose of the Platform

HELP24 is intended to facilitate a community environment in which people can voluntarily help and support one another. The Platform's objective is to build a technology-enabled community where participation is based on voluntary assistance, goodwill, transparency and responsible participation.

4. Platform / Service Fee

Where applicable, HELP24 may charge a ₹50 Platform/Service Fee from a participating User. This fee supports legitimate Platform-related activities including:

• Software and technology infrastructure
• Servers and hosting
• Registration and account management
• System administration and technical maintenance
• Security and compliance-related expenses
• Eligible community-support or charitable activities

The ₹50 Platform/Service Fee is a service/technology-related fee and is not represented as an investment, deposit, guaranteed-return payment or promise of profit.

5. Community Assistance

HELP24 facilitates a community environment in which participating individuals may voluntarily help or support other participants. Any assistance between participants is voluntary and may depend upon the participation and actions of other individuals. HELP24 does not guarantee that a User will receive assistance, any particular amount, or any particular financial outcome.

6. No Guaranteed Income or Profit

HELP24 does not guarantee:

1. Fixed income
2. Fixed profit or financial return
3. Guaranteed assistance
4. Recovery of any voluntarily provided amount
5. Financial independence or any specific financial outcome

Any example, illustration, projection or promotional statement must not be interpreted as a guarantee of future financial results.

7. Voluntary Participation

Participation in HELP24 is completely voluntary. Users should participate only after understanding the purpose of the Platform, the applicable fee, the nature of community participation, and the associated risks. No User should participate under pressure, coercion or misleading financial promises.

8. No Get-Rich-Quick Promises

HELP24 does not promote or guarantee quick wealth, guaranteed income, fixed monthly earnings, risk-free earnings or any specific financial return. Users and participants must not make such claims while promoting HELP24.

9. User Responsibilities

Each User is responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, complying with applicable laws, and using the Platform responsibly.

Users must never share OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords or banking credentials with unknown persons. HELP24 will never ask for your UPI PIN or banking password.

10. Fraud and Prohibited Activities

Users must not create fraudulent accounts, impersonate others, submit false documents, manipulate Platform systems, engage in money laundering, or attempt to obtain an unfair advantage. HELP24 may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, misuse or violations of these Terms.

11. Risk Disclosure

Participation in HELP24 involves risks. Users understand that:

1. Community assistance is voluntary and not guaranteed
2. Timing and availability of assistance may vary
3. Technical systems may experience failures
4. Applicable laws and regulations may change
5. Platform features may be modified, suspended or discontinued
6. Participation does not guarantee any financial benefit

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HELP24 shall not be responsible for losses arising from voluntary actions of Users, incorrect information provided, actions of another participant, banking/payment failures, internet failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

HELP24 may collect and process information required for registration, account administration, security, customer support and legal compliance. User information shall be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to mandatory statutory rights and applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over HELP24.

15. User Declaration

By selecting "I Agree", the User confirms:

1. I have read and understood the HELP24 Terms.
2. I understand the purpose of the HELP24 Platform.
3. I understand the applicable ₹50 Platform/Service Fee.
4. I understand that community assistance is voluntary.
5. I understand that HELP24 does not guarantee income, profit, fixed return or financial freedom.
6. I understand the risks associated with participation.
7. I will not make false or misleading claims about HELP24.
8. I will not use HELP24 for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
9. I voluntarily agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Platform Rules.
